With so many nearby amenities and attractions available to Santa Venetia home owners, which also includes Venetia Valley School, it’s hard to find a neighborhood in town that offers potential home buyers a better location, especially when you also consider its close proximity to San Pablo Bay as well. Condos, apartments, and single family homes all help shape the Santa Venetia real estate landscape, providing something for just about anybody out there looking for a new place to live. Like in many San Rafael neighborhoods, look for condos in Santa Venetia to start somewhere around $400,000 and go up from there, while most detached single-family homes in the neighborhood are usually price between $700,000 and $1.2 million.
